Your user name and e-mail address is stored securely by our technology supplier. It is kept indefinitely, on behalf of The Experience Corps so that you do not need to re-register when you come back to the site. We do not use this information to trace your identity.

Information held within our authorised Client and Staff-only extranet and job application information will be treated as proprietary and confidential.

When you e-mail your comments and queries to us, after we have replied to you, our system archives your messages after 2 years, for reference and audit purposes, and deletes them after five years.
